Welcome to the Games of the Future.

The Games of the Future is the pinnacle of phygital sport — where top athletes compete both on the field and in the digital world. Where physical skill meets gaming precision and familiar sports are redefined through technology.

One battle. Two arenas. This is the future of sport.

The Games of the Future is an international competition built around a new format — phygital sport.

Phygital combines physical performance with digital gameplay in a single contest. It is where strength, speed and endurance meet digital strategy and razor-sharp reaction times.

At the Games of the Future, top athletes and elite gamers from around the world compete across various sporting disciplines, aiming to be crowned phygital champion and win a share of a multimillion-dollar prize fund.

This is competition redefined for the connected generation.

Hosting the Games of the Future 2026 in Astana places Kazakhstan at the center of a new era in global sport. Staging the event will accelerate the country’s growth in innovative sports, technology, and digital culture. It will bring international attention, new partnerships, and fresh opportunities for local athletes, creators, and businesses.

In Astana, tradition meets technology. And Kazakhstan steps confidently onto the international stage.

Disciplines

Phygital Football

Phygital Football - a unique discipline that combines esports and traditional football.

Athletes must perform confidently in both the virtual match and on the real-life mini-football field.

Phygital basketball

Phygital Basketball - a discipline that combines the excitement of digital gameplay with the intensity of real 2x2 basketball.

Participants must perform confidently in both the virtual basketball simulator and on the real court. The 2×2 format makes the competition dynamic, requiring high individual skill, tactical thinking, and seamless teamwork.

Phygital Dancing

Phygital Dance – a discipline combining dance art and digital technology. Participants compete in a dance simulator, with movement accuracy and quality assessed through game tracking, ensuring objective digital judging.

Phygital Shooter

Phygital Shooter combines the intensity of esports  with the thrill of real-world tactical play. Competitions take place in two stages: digital and physical rounds using laser tag systems. This format tests participants' versatility — their ability to work cohesively in a virtual environment and adapt quickly to real-world conditions.

Battle Royale

Battle Royale is a digital discipline featuring large-scale competition in the Battle Royale genre.

Teams compete in dynamic matches where strategic thinking, shooting accuracy, and coordinated teamwork decide the outcome. Victory requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and make decisions under pressure.

MOBA PC

MOBA PC is a classic esports discipline built on deep strategy and seamless team coordination. Players compete on PC, demonstrating precise character control, tactical dominance, and real-time adaptability.

MOBA Mobile

MOBA Mobile is a modern esports discipline for mobile platforms. Players compete in a virtual arena, showcasing strategic thinking, precise control, and seamless teamwork.

Phygital Fighting

Phygital Fighting blends virtual gaming skill with the raw power of mixed martial arts. Athletes must prove their dominance in two worlds: first in a digital duel on console, then in an uncompromising physical battle inside the octagon.
