Basic rules
After the first two matches of the group stage, the clubs that finish first in each group advance directly to the quarterfinals.
Clubs that finish second and third enter an additional playoff round. They face other second- and third-place teams from different groups. The winners of these matches advance to the quarterfinals.
At all stages of the tournament, teams compete in series up to two wins (best-of-three).
Teams earn points for each series victory based on the tournament bracket.
